This week we took Blake through trail 3 without timing him to get him set up for next week. We took him through slowly to show him the best line first and this definitely showed improvements in his riding. This will help Blake prepare for the final test next week that will decide whether Campbell and I changed a life.

Blake did awesome this week. He managed to get through a lot more of the trail without walking up sections which is going to improve his time by a lot. He also is confident for next week due to the analysis of the trail that we took him through which to me is a big tick in the box. I feel that Blake is going to do really well and improve majorly from week 1 now that he has a better knowledge and understanding of the trail and riding a bike as well as more strength in his legs and cardio.
Client Feedback –
How are you feeling for next week after analysing the trail?
After analysing the trail I felt more confident knowing where the turns and drops are.
Do you think that you will improve your time?
yes definitely
Do you feel that you are going a lot faster now as opposed to week 1?
yes I am not as jittery as I was in the first couple of weeks
Is there anything that you think needs working on before the final test?
I definitely feel like I need to improve with my courage doing jumps and drops.
This week was a very successful week because Blake is very well setup for next week where I believe we will see some major improvements. Blake demonstrated that he knows his way around the trail well and confidently. This will be very evident in next week’s test. We also successfully prepared Blake for next week due to the amount of improvement he showed this week.

Next week is the final intervention. We will time Blake on the trail that he did in week 1 and see if there is an improvement. This will determine our topic question of whether we have changed a person’s life. I will be taking photos while Campbell will be riding in front of Blake to encourage him to keep up and go faster. An exiting week ahead of us.
